"5 Vershin" is a residential complex in Volgograd featuring monolithic-brick buildings, commercial spaces, parking areas, and landscaped courtyards. The project is being constructed in phases, with planned completion of individual buildings in 2026 and full project delivery by 2029. Designed for families, it emphasizes comfortable urban living.
Task
Redesign the residential complex website with added functionality for online applications, promotion publishing, and integration with real estate platforms for automated listing updates.
Solution
The website was built using CodeIgniter framework, enabling a lightweight and stable web resource with high performance. We developed the project's UX/UI in line with the developer's brand identity, designed apartment selection and promotional blocks, and implemented a user-friendly application system.
