Do we need a finished design?
Preferably, but not necessarily. For internal systems a well-thought-out screen structure is often enough — we can design it ourselves and agree it with you before development.
What if the interface is already slow?
We start with an analysis: we find what exactly is slow — the volume of data, unnecessary redraws or heavy queries. Often the problem can be solved locally, without rewriting everything.
What technologies do you use?
