No, the licence is paid separately and belongs to you. We choose the edition for the task and name the price before work begins, so it does not come as a surprise.
Is Bitrix always the right choice?
No. For a services site or a landing page it is excessive — more expensive to build and heavier to maintain. If the task is simpler, we will say so plainly.
Why are Bitrix sites often slow?
Usually because of piled-up modules and default settings. Speed is designed in during development: caching, query optimisation, suitable hosting. We can also speed up existing sites.
Will you take on someone else's project?
Yes, but we will look at the code first. If the previous contractor modified the core, we will tell you honestly what supporting such a solution will cost.
