Will our configuration work?
With standard configurations the exchange is set up using built-in tools. If the database has been heavily modified we will look at it and tell you what is required — sometimes work on the 1C side is needed.
How often is stock updated?
It depends on the load: from a few times a day to something close to real time. Exchanging too often puts strain on the database, so we match the frequency to your turnover.
What happens if the exchange fails?
We set up error notifications and an operations log. The site keeps working on the last data received, and you find out about the problem straight away rather than from a customer.
Do we need our own 1C specialist?
At the start it helps: they know the quirks of your database and assist with access. After that the exchange runs by itself and rarely needs attention.
