Will working remotely get in the way?
In our experience it does not: almost all website discussions happen on calls with screen sharing anyway, even when both offices are in the same city. We arrange face-to-face meetings if the task genuinely calls for it.
How are documents signed?
Through electronic document exchange or scans with originals sent afterwards. This has never once been an obstacle.
Who is responsible if something goes wrong?
The project has a manager with a direct line — not a shared inbox and not a chatbot. Responsibility and deadlines are set out in the contract.
Can you come to a filming session?
Yes, we travel when needed. Transport and accommodation are agreed in advance as a separate line in the estimate.
