— websites, apps and services

PODSCRIPTOM

Launch is the middle of a product's life, not the end. What follows is updates, fixes, new sections and the sudden "everything is down" on a Friday evening. We take that part on — both for products we built and for someone else's.

Fill out the brief

What maintenance includes

We monitor health: uptime, speed, SSL certificates, domains.
We update the platform and modules without breaking what works.
We make changes: texts, banners, pages, functionality.
We keep backups and know how to restore from them fast.
We patch vulnerabilities and protect against break-ins.
We grow the product: new sections and features without changing contractors.

Who it suits

  • Businesses that have a website or app but no team for it.
  • Companies left without the contractor who built the project.
  • Products that need changes regularly, not once a year.

Specializations

Broad range of Digital services: analytical, creative and technical solutions for business.

How we work

  1. We audit the project: code, hosting, vulnerabilities, bottlenecks.
  2. We fix the critical issues and set up monitoring and backups.
  3. We agree the format: monthly volume and reaction speed.
  4. We track tasks in a shared list: you always see the status.
  5. Once a month — a report: what was done and what we recommend next.

Frequent questions

Will you take a project you did not build?

Yes — half of the products we support were built by others. We start with an audit and tell you honestly what state the code is in and what to fix first.

How fast do you react to problems?

A site going down is picked up as soon as monitoring alerts us — usually before visitors notice. Routine changes are done within agreed timeframes, typically a day or two.

What if there is little work in a month?

The format is flexible: a small fixed scope covers monitoring and minor changes, larger tasks are estimated separately. You will not pay for idle hours.

Will we end up locked in to you?

No. All access is yours, documentation is maintained, the code is kept in order. If you decide to leave, we hand the project to a new team without surprises.
